House brokers in Chennai

                          I was in Chennai, the great metro city, hunting for a rented flat for my kin. It's a great surprise you can find a lot of flats for your needs and also lot of house brokers swirling around you. There are 2BHK, 3BHK or 4BHK flats with CCP and also unfurnished, semi-furnished (fan, light etc.,) and fully furnished (AC, Washing Machine, TV, Bed, etc.,). If you go for an ordinary apartments 2BHK, unfurnished with CCP range from 11000 to 16000.  If you choose multi-storied gated community (includes gym, swimming pool, security, children's play area, etc.,) it range upto 30000 according to the sq.ft.  Maintenance charges range from 300 to 3000.

                       There are many brokers and agents who can tour you around these flats after your office hours. You ask for one thing, they will show you what they have in hand and compel you to get that one for want of money. If you say a firm 'no' then they hit back you by calling you names. They raise the rent instead of the house owners. One flat can be in the charge of three or four brokers. Each one has different obligations and needs. One can sell you rented AC, the other a car, a washing machine on installment...by paying them each month (EMI). If you again say a 'no' they will preach the owner to raise the advance. They demand one month of  rent as their commission. No way to go, we have to accept that.

                      Mostly the IT corridor (Velachery, Thiruvanmiyur, Thoraipakkam, Perungudi, Sholinganallur...)  in Chennai is prone to this condition. They know that these IT guys have lot of money. There is one broker who has police cases against him for molesting girls. So girls don't go alone with a broker, don't believe him or his words. They are mostly arrogant and know no soft words only polished words.

                     They demand money...okay. They demand your self esteem by not giving any respect to your profession or status. Guys..,don't bend to their needs and conditions. You alone petting them. You stand on your own demands and finally they oblige to you. You are their clients, customers. You must not allow them to ill treat you. Not allow these guys to spoil your city.

Demand respect and get it back.
